In this section, we first deal with publications that initially determined the perspective of EuroDialogue, because we are convinced they are still valid and up-to-date - some of them even more so than in the past. We supplement them with two studies included in a book published by the East-Central European Institute: Jerzy Kloczowski's L'Europe du Centre-Est dans l'espace europeenne entre l'Ouest et l'Est and Bronislaw Geremek's Contre l'elargoscepticisme. L'elargissement de l'UE et ses adversaires. In addition, we include an up-to-date article by Stefan Wilanowicz The Future of Europe - The Fifth Scenario, the European Declaration (2003) and the European Declaration of Christians, Jews and Muslims (2003). Because people are always most important we also add the French translation of the Small Catechism of a European. Translation into English: Tomasz Lem

Joanna Bochenska - Candidate for a doctor's degree on Jagiellonian University.
The conversation with Joanna Bochanska - a summary: Her mother is Tartar, father was Polish, husband is Kurd. She studied in Moscow. Now her work concerns on Turkish affairs of the state. Being involved in many cultures is not only a problem. Problem because of time needed to care of roots. It is also a great value. Use of different languages opens mind to other cultures. Traditions from a few countries help to understand that West needs more patient, humility and acts of disagreement. Eastern countries are looking for an achievement of successful conversation and agreement. To make a dialog with Turkish West needs to support those people who are open-minded and ready to talk on some common base. West also has to trust on them. Meeting of cultures can be a success when you care about it. Grzegorz Babinski, Ethnicity: a Value and a Threat Tomasz Poniklo, Bridges of trust and understanding
